At Sells Goalkeeping Academy we are constantly on the lookout for new coaches for our expanding academies across the country. All of our coaches are FA qualified, CRB checked and first aid trained. Everyone of the Sells Goalkeeping coaches will be working to the Sells code of conduct. We have taken alot of time and effort putting together a comprehensive 40 week coaching plan for our coaches to teach to their keepers. This plan has been produced by the Sells Head coach Paul Crichton who is level 4 FA qualified and is designed to show a progressive improvement over a 40 week period.

As a coach you will expected to fill in assesment sheets for each keeper, showing their individual progression. You will also be expected to feedback to Sells Head Office on a regular basis, so you will need to be able to email and use a computer.

Our coaches need to be approachable for kids, parents and Sells staff alike. We offer a professional environment to work in and we expect our staff to offer the same for all those attending our courses.

As a Sells Goalkeeping Coach you will have the opportunity to work with current and ex professional keepers, learning from one another, enhancing your ability to coach at the highest level. This will be achieved when Sells Goalkeeping Academy begin to run their own coaching days to help you develop your potential as a coach.

We are able to offer coaches that want to progress and improve the FA level grade they currently hold, the opportunity to have their coaching hours signed off by our head coach. Sells Goalkeeping Academy are also willing to offer coaches working for our academy for a certain period of time the opportunity of Sells Academy paying for you to take the FA courses.
