The keeper working starts in the middle of a four by four yard goal made from the cones, (as shown above). The two servers are diagonal to the working keeper so the working keeper will receive two serves from each server. As the working keeper side steps to cone one he faces server one, touches the cone and side steps back to the middle where he receives a throw or volley from the server. This is then repeated to cone two where he faces server two, cone three he faces server one and cone four he faces server two again.
