1. What time do you get up: I will normally get up around 8:00-8:15am.
2. What time do you have breakfast/what do you eat: I will have my breakfast at home around 8:30am, normally i will have cheerios and toast.
3. What time do you leave for training: I leave for training about 9:00-9:15, getting to training takes me usually 20 minutes.
4. What do you do when you get to training: When I get into training i will normally do a half an hour of warming up, this is usually in the gym on the bike as well as doing my weights program.
5. Time you start training/what you do in training: We will normally start training about 10:30, we do a mixture of technique and fitness work during the session.
6. Time you finish training: We will finish training about 12:30. 
7. Time you eat Lunch/what do you eat: I will have lunch around 1:00pm.
8. What do you do in the afternoon/shopping or with the family etc: In the afternoon i will spend time relaxing with my family, playing with my kids.
9. Time you eat dinner: I have my dinner late really normally bout 7:30pm.
10. What do you do in the evening: In the evening i will relax watching the t.v with my partner. The kids are already in bed so this is time for us to relax.
11. Time to bed: I try to get to bed around 10:30pm, ready for training the next day.
