My little boy Taylor is just turned Seven and has been attending the West Mids Centre for the last Five weeks. Taylor is absolutely loving the Course and cannot wait to go every Wednesday. The Coaches have made him feel very welcome ( Minty and Tom) and he hangs off every word they say including Mr Marshall who has spoken to Tay and given him some little tips, which I feel is great for the kids as it proves there heroes are approachable and only human.
As a parent of a Goalkeeper I was looking for something that would teach Taylor the basics and fundamentals of playing in Goal, as this just does not happen in general Grass Roots Football. This is not the fault of coaches or Managers of kids teams, I feel it is just lacking in general.
Goalkeeping appears to be a bit of an Art form and Sells delivers that expertise that will help Taylor on the road to becoming a more accomplished Goalkeeper and player. Thanks to all the West Mids Team and Andy and his Dad who had a long conversation on the phone with me and gave Tay the oppurtunity to attend at 6 years old. Taylor will be there for a while yet as he continues to learn and enjoy himself.
Roll on 30th April 2011 at The Ricoh, Taylor being a Coventry City Fan will be living the dream that day!!
