Greeny’s food diary
Wednesday Got today off. ill spend the day relaxing today.
10am Time for breakfast! Large bowl of porridge with honey, cup of tea with semi-skimmed milk – we don’t tend to train on a Wednesday, so it’s an opportunity to rest and have a bit of a lie-in!
1pm – Lunch Penne Pasta with tomatoes and chicken, followed by a piece of fruit cake and a cafe latte – out for lunch! Generally the only time during the week when we can catch up with family and friends.
4pm –snack Blackcurrant yoghurt
7pm – Dinner Fillet steak with mashed potatoes, sweetcorn and tomatoes. Fresh orange juice, followed by fruit salad, made with kiwi, pineapple and apple – I will have to work it off during training tomorrow!
11pm – Snack Toast with honey
