Greeny’s food diary

Wednesday Got today off. ill spend the day relaxing today.

10am Time for breakfast! Large bowl of porridge with honey, cup of tea with semi-skimmed milkwe don’t tend to train on a Wednesday, so it’s an opportunity to rest and have a bit of a lie-in!

1pmLunch Penne Pasta with tomatoes and chicken, followed by a piece of fruit cake and a cafe latteout for lunch! Generally the only time during the week when we can catch up with family and friends.

4pmsnack Blackcurrant yoghurt

7pmDinner Fillet steak with mashed potatoes, sweetcorn and tomatoes. Fresh orange juice, followed by fruit salad, made with kiwi, pineapple and apple – I will have to work it off during training tomorrow!
