Greenys Food Diary

Recovery session today. We are at the training ground as we have a midweek game so we need to recover correctly in preparation for Wednesdays game.

Breakfast
9.00am. Cereal Corn Flakes and a Banana with a pot of Tea. Have this at home before heading off to training.

10.00am. 1 Bottle of still water and a caffe latte. At the training ground.

12.00pm. Lasagne with salad. Home made low fat rice pudding and a caffe latte. At a Restaurant out with family.

4.00pm Time for a snack of some cut fruit (bananas, strawberries, pineapple, grapes and one bottle of recovery drink.

8.00pm. Dinner of Fish-Sea Bass with potatoes and spinach. Home made fruit cake with a pot of tea. Training tomorrow, and the week starts all over again.


This was the final day of my daily diet. I hope you have enjoyed seeing how i prepare myself for training and for matches. Please remember i am a professional athelete and this is the kind of diet that i need to perform to my optimal level.
