Just wanted to say thank you for making the day so special for Chloe. You all went beyond the call of duty to ensure that she had a day to remember! We have some great photographs - needless to say the ones with you and Kieran are her favourites!!
 
We also received some extremely helpful information from the Physio - I'm sorry, I can't remember his name - and he is going to contact me with some names of physios who can perhaps help Chloe's recovery.
 
Chloe had a fantastic time at the Ricoh Arena - thank you to everyone for ensuring that she had a very special day. It has certainly put a huge smile back on her face! Xx
