The keeper working starts at the post and works between the post and cone placed in the middle of the goal. The servers start on the six yard box spread across from the post to the middle of the goal (as shown in diagram). The keeper working, side steps between the post and cone receiving a volley from one of the servers. Servers alternate kicking the ball. This drill can be repeated with the servers moving back to twelve yards and half volleying the ball.
