  Stand in the starting position as shown above, with chest out, shoulder back and hands folded across your shoulders.
  Whilst maintaining this posture, step one leg forwards and lunge down by bending at your knees and hips
  Focus on taking a good depth step forward and bending at the hip, to ensure that your knee finishes above your toe.
  Push back through your lead glute and heel and return to the starting position.
